Shipping and Handling

Shipping is included with the purchase of all original artwork and prints to the Continental United States only.  For all non-domestic orders the shipping cost and fees will be determined.  

A delivery confirmation will be sent to the purchaser's email address upon completion of your order.  If you have any special requests such as a gift label please specify when you order or if there happens to be an issue please contact us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can.  Posters and art prints are rolled and packaged in corrugated shipping containers. 

Processing & Delivery

Original artwork will be delivered in 7-10 business days

In-stock posters, prints, and canvas items will also be delivered in 7-10 business days

Special order posters and prints- shipping will be determined

Please Note:  This is only a general guideline for our processing times.  Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.

Shipping Rates

Domestic United States shipping rates are included with each purchase.  All non-domestic or international shipping will be determined.

Tracking Your Order

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address.  As soon as your artwork ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.  Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.  Please contact us with your order information and we will respond as soon as possible.

FAQS

Is my package insured? Art of VJF guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support.

What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment? We combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment. If a temporary out of stock item should prevent available items on your order from shipping when expected, you may specifically request that the available items be shipped separately. You must contact our Customer Support directly.

Can I ship to a P.O. box? Yes, within certain guidelines. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.
